I’m pleased to announce that I have take on a new challenge
with RIC as their Chief Operating Officer and I will be based in Halong Bay.
It is my duty and responsibility to safeguard shareholders’

Management Team to enhance our Company’s operations to an unparalleled level of

D. Description of the new hotel plan:
The Royal's new five-star hotel, should be completed at the end of this year. Upon
completion, it will be the only international five-star hotel in Halong Bay,
and will definitely enhance the business performances of our CASINO and other
facilities.
